EuroVoom is currently in development.
These Terms primarily govern use of the
EuroVoom website, communications with us and
participation in our Early Access programme.
Additional terms may apply if a full EuroVoom
product or paid service is introduced in the future.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using eurovoom.com,
contacting EuroVoom through the website or
participating in the Early Access programme,
you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms,
you should not use the website or participate
in the Early Access programme.
These Terms should be read together with
our Privacy Policy, which explains how
personal information may be handled.
2. EuroVoom's current status
EuroVoom is currently a pre-launch product
being developed as an AI-powered business
workspace for founders and small businesses.
Information on this website about planned
functionality, integrations, AI advisors,
workflows or other future capabilities describes
our current product direction.
Such information should not be interpreted as
a statement that every described feature is
already available.
Features described as planned, in development,
upcoming, roadmap or private beta are not
representations that those features are currently
available to the public.
3. Eligibility
EuroVoom is intended primarily for adults,
founders, professionals, businesses and
organisations.
You should only provide information to EuroVoom
where you have the right to provide that information.
If you interact with EuroVoom on behalf of a
company, business or other organisation,
you represent that you are authorised to do so.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use EuroVoom's website,
communications or future services in a way that:
-
Violates applicable law or regulation
-
Attempts to gain unauthorised access to
systems, servers, accounts or data
-
Introduces malicious software, harmful code
or other material intended to damage systems
-
Interferes with the normal operation,
availability or security of the website
-
Impersonates another person or organisation
-
Uses false or misleading information in
connection with an application or communication
-
Infringes another person's intellectual
property, privacy or other rights
-
Attempts to abuse, exploit or circumvent
security or access restrictions
-
Uses automated methods to overload,
scrape or disrupt the website in a manner
that negatively affects its operation
5. Early Access programme
EuroVoom may allow interested users to request
access to future private beta testing.
Submitting an Early Access request does not
guarantee acceptance, immediate access or access
by any particular date.
Invitations may initially be limited and may
depend on product readiness, testing requirements
and the types of users or businesses we are
seeking feedback from.
Unless expressly stated otherwise,
submitting an Early Access request does not
create a paid subscription or require payment.
EuroVoom may change, pause or discontinue
an Early Access programme where reasonably
necessary as the product develops.
6. Artificial intelligence functionality
EuroVoom is being designed to use artificial
intelligence to assist with business research,
analysis, planning, communication and other
business-related tasks.
AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand
context or generate information that is
inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for
a particular situation.
AI-generated information should not be treated
as guaranteed fact or as a substitute for your
own judgement, professional advice or independent
verification where an important decision is involved.
You remain responsible for reviewing information
and deciding whether to rely on or act upon
AI-generated suggestions.
EuroVoom should not be relied upon as a substitute
for qualified legal, financial, accounting,
medical or other regulated professional advice.
7. Information and content you provide
You may provide EuroVoom with information about
your business, company, project, goals or other
matters when contacting us or requesting
Early Access.
You retain ownership of information and original
content that belongs to you.
By providing information to EuroVoom,
you allow us to use that information as reasonably
necessary to:
-
Respond to your enquiry
-
Process your Early Access request
-
Understand potential user needs
-
Improve product planning and development
-
Operate and secure our services
You should not provide content that you do not
have the right to share or unnecessary highly
sensitive information through general website
or email communications.
8. EuroVoom intellectual property
The EuroVoom name, website design, original
graphics, branding, product concepts,
written content and other materials created
for EuroVoom may be protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.
Except where permission is expressly granted,
you may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
commercially exploit or present EuroVoom's
proprietary materials as your own.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership
of EuroVoom's intellectual property to you.
9. Feedback
You may voluntarily provide feedback,
suggestions or ideas about EuroVoom.
Where you provide feedback specifically for the
purpose of helping improve the product,
EuroVoom may use that feedback to develop,
improve or modify its products and services
without an obligation to compensate you.
You should not submit confidential third-party
information as product feedback.
10. Third-party services
The EuroVoom website may link to or rely on
technology provided by third parties.
Future EuroVoom functionality may also connect
with third-party platforms, AI providers,
email services, business software or other tools.
Third-party products and websites are governed
by their own terms, privacy policies and
operating practices.
EuroVoom does not control and is not responsible
for the independent operation of third-party
services.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the EuroVoom website available,
but uninterrupted or error-free operation
cannot be guaranteed.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue
parts of the website where reasonably necessary
for maintenance, development, security or
other operational reasons.
Because EuroVoom is still in development,
planned product functionality and priorities
may change over time.
Roadmap information does not create a contractual
obligation to release a specific feature by
a particular date.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law,
EuroVoom's website and pre-launch materials are
provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
-
The website will always be available
without interruption
-
Every piece of information will always
be complete, current or error-free
-
Planned features will be released exactly
as presently described
-
Participation in Early Access will result
in an invitation
-
Future AI-generated outputs will always
be accurate or suitable for your circumstances
Nothing on the EuroVoom website guarantees
a particular business, financial, marketing
or commercial outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law,
EuroVoom will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental or consequential losses arising solely
from reliance on website content, pre-launch
information or future AI-generated suggestions.
You remain responsible for business decisions,
actions and transactions undertaken based on
information obtained through EuroVoom.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits
liability where doing so would be prohibited
by applicable law.
These Terms do not remove any mandatory rights
that you may have under applicable consumer
or other laws.
14. Security
You must not attempt to circumvent or interfere
with security measures used to protect the
EuroVoom website or related systems.
If you believe you have discovered a security
issue affecting EuroVoom, please report it
responsibly through our contact email rather
than attempting to exploit the issue.
15. Suspension or termination
EuroVoom may restrict or terminate access to
Early Access programmes or future services where
reasonably necessary because of misuse, security
concerns, violation of these Terms or legal
requirements.
A person may also stop participating in the
Early Access programme and request that
non-essential communications stop.
16. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described
in the EuroVoom Privacy Policy.
You can review it at:
eurovoom.com/privacy →
17. General terms
If a particular provision of these Terms is found
to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will continue to apply to the extent permitted
by law.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately
does not necessarily mean that the right to
enforce it later has been waived.
These Terms apply subject to mandatory laws
and legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as EuroVoom develops,
new functionality is introduced or legal and
operational requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page.
Where appropriate, the effective date will
also be updated.
If EuroVoom introduces user accounts,
paid subscriptions or a generally available
software platform, additional or revised
product terms may apply.
